Leadership Development Events are held in the Fall of every year and focus on creating situations for members to demonstrate their abilities in public speaking, decision making, communication and their knowledge of agriculture and the FFA organization. There are a variety of different competitions students can participate in ranging from individual to team competitions. Competition begins at the District level with the possibility of advancing to Area and State FFA competitions.
